Costume design for Venice Carnival

In this design project I was asked to design costumes for the performers at the Venice Ball.

I designed costumes for an imaginary Commedia dell’Arte ballet performance. The French Revolution was my main source of inspiration, so I researched the late 18th century to gain a deep understanding of the era and its culture.
